Who doesn't love a big pile of beads?

Here's where the magic happens :)

After working with stained glass for a few years, I randomly decided to buy a hothead bead making kit to use in my tiny apartment. I didn't know what I was doing, but that first little wonky pea green bead was the beginning of an addiction.

Six years later, I've upgraded from the little hothead clamped to an old table. I'm downstairs in my basement studio torching whenever I can.

I'm always trying every technique I can get a hold of, but my main focus is on scrollwork. I love raised curving lines dancing across the surface of a bead.

I'm also the proud owner of Heather's beads and they're gorgeous. She uses many techniques and beautiful colors. And I must say that her scrollwork is absolutely spectacular! She's very talented.
